- Preached at Sebring Christian Church this morning on the subject of the "Miracle of the Moment" The message kicked off their Christmas series.
- Sebring CC is a very friendly church!
- Key thought; God not only orchestrated the coming of the Christ child, he continues to work through His church to continue His divine plan.
- Today was my last church visit for 2015. It will be good to be home for a few weeks.
- In 4 1/2 years I have visited 154 different churches. I may write a book someday telling of all the things I have seen!
- To the inventor of the GPS I say thank you. In all my visits I only got lost once!
- Well I guess the retail market is glad Thanksgiving is over now people can go crazy with the Christmas Rush.
- Cancer is a battle no one should have to fight.
- So glad we have so many prayer partners, I can not imagine how people get though life without God and his people.
- So good to have our family visit this weekend. BLESSED!
- Only three weeks left in the Fall Semester, time for students to get serious.
- I hope they serve Derby Pie and Pumpkin Bars in heaven!
- What! The college football season is almost over, say it ain't so!
- Disney's candlelight processional is always a Christmas highlight! If you have the chance you have to go see it!

Sunday Night Reflections
A Few Thoughts from an Amazing Day...
- Worshiped at FCC Kissimmee today, great message on the subject of worry and trusting God. This is a message every believer needs to hear!
- Great worship led by former student minister, Chris and his team.
- Attended a wedding of a lovely couple yesterday, when the groom saw his bride for the first time in her gown the look was priceless!
- Are the Gators becoming the cardiac gators?
- Attended a couple of senior recitals this week, while the talent was amazing, I am thrilled with the character of both of the young men, God bless you Jackson and Chris!
- With only 3 weeks of classes left, I have to admit I am going to miss our December graduates. This is the one thing I do not like about my job; when students graduate! Saying goodbye is tough!
- Yes, my favorite holiday is this week. THANKSGIVING!
- Looks like we are going to finally get a taste of Fall this week!
- Tuesday is a big day for Kathy as she has a major treatment for her cancer - PRAYERS APPRECIATED!
- One thing I have learned from our bout with Cancer, not a whole lot of things we worry about are really that important in this life. Oh how we toil over the mundane!
- Yep, I am preaching a Christmas message next week!
- Christmas tree purchased!
- Something to Chew on; What gives me the most hope every day is God's grace; knowing that His grace is going to to give me the strength for whatever I face, knowing nothing is a surprise to God. ~ Rick Warren

Sunday Night Reflections
A Few Thoughts from an Amazing Day...
- It was a two-fer day this morning, preached at FCC Lake City at 8:45 and FCC Macclenny at 10:45.
- Today's message; the authority of scripture.
- When every institution and authority is crumbling it is comforting to know the authoritative Word of God stands supreme.
- The old hymn is correct "all other ground is sinking sand."
- Both churches have a wonderful spirit.
- I was surprised by the cool temps this morning in North Florida, yes Florida does have a FALL.
- So good to reconnect with many OLD friends at FCC Macclenny.
- JUFL held a preach.FEST this weekend on campus, yes the preachers are coming!
- So good to see so many excited about preaching at the preach.FEST event.
- What is your church doing to encourage young men to consider preaching as a calling and a vocation?
- 3 of the top 10 teams went down this weekend in CFB - gotta be ready EVERY weekend!
- Celebrated Savannah's 3rd birthday today, gotta admit when she calls me Papa, it is all over!
- Another week and another day at the doctor's office, please pray for Kathy this week!
- Hey is that Thanksgiving peeking around the corner?
- Once again we see the world needs Jesus.
- Oh dolphins why do you tease me?
- Something to Chew on; The Bible teaches us what is right, what is not right, how to get right, how to stay right! ~ Warren Weirsbe

Sunday Night Relections
A Few Thoughts from an Amazing Day...
- Worshiped at FCC Kissimmee Sunday, great time of worship. Thank you Tony!
- Jim had a fine message on the subject of GRATITUDE.
- Gratitude is not confined to the fourth Thursday in November, Gratitude should be a part of DNA as Christ followers.
- One of the defining marks of gratitude is a generous spirit. Generous in sharing your words, your time and your resources.
- The more life goes on, the more grateful I am for the PEOPLE in my life.
- Great Leadership Conference at JUFL Saturday, Great deal of information, now time to put it into practice!
- One point that struck me from the main speakers; the world is changing rapidly, are we up to the challenge of this rapidly changing world. Leadership today is not for the faint of heart - No Wimps Allowed!
- Continue to be amazed by how brave my wife Kathy is as she deals with cancer.
- Really looking forward to this day.
- So thankful for the many Veterans in my family.
- Is it me, or is Christmas coming faster this year?
- My son David celebrated his 35th birthday this past Sunday, so proud of him. he really tries to be a good husband and dad!
- Well I thought there would be a change in my Dolphins, but we will have to wait 'til next year!
- Here is great prayer from Psalm 86, Bend down, O Lord, and hear my prayer; answer me, for I need your help. Protect me, for I am devoted to you. Save me, for I serve you and trust you. You are my God. Be merciful to me, O Lord, for I am calling on you constantly. Give me happiness, O Lord, for I give myself to you. O Lord, you are so good, so ready to forgive, so full of unfailing love for all who ask for your help. Listen closely to my prayer, O Lord; hear my urgent cry. I will call to you whenever I’m in trouble, and you will answer me.
- With the Christmas season upon us we now have the opportunity to buy Oreo's covered in White Chocolate - O let Heaven and Nature Sing!
- So thankful for friends who fill the gap when life throws you a curve ball.
- Something to Chew on; Gratitude can transform common days into thanksgivings, turn routine jobs into joy, and change ordinary opportunities into blessings.~ William Arthur Ward

Sunday Night Reflections
A Few Thoughts from an Amazing Day...
- Worshiped at FCC Kissimmee today, great message from their former minister Ross.
- You can see why he was able to preach at FCC for 30 years.
- Today's Theme; when the world is at its worse, it is time for the church to be at its best!
- His message should be preached in every church in America.
- May all our churches be known as houses of prayer.
- Preached in JUFL Chapel last week on the subject on telling one's story in the face of opposition.
- Two types of oppositions we will face, Circumstances and Criticism.
- When the two "C's" come into our life we must still tell our story!
- Really appreciated the Chapel Planning Team, they really take their job seriously.
- Hospital food is not all that great!
- Truly appreciated the care Kathy received from the staff at Florida Hospital Kissimmee.
- Humbled by the many prayers being offered on Kathy's behalf.
- So thankful for Les H. filling in for me today at Lake City and Macclenny.
- Did not see the Florida/Georgia game turning out in the way it did!
- 8 Weeks of the College football season is over, YIKES!
- Well it looks like we are on the cancer roller coaster again.
- Just in case you are wondering, I hate cancer!
- Can we wait just a few more weeks before there is a Christmas sale at Wal-mart?
- My friend Bob was spot on again with his recent blog post. You can read it here.
- Something to Chew on; -- Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. ~ Isaiah 40:28-31
