- Here is a comment I heard in worship this morning, "We are going to sing an old song, I think this one goes back to 2009." I guess an old song is based on your perspective!

Sunday Night Reflections
A Few Thoughts from an Amazing Day...
- Worshiped at Generations Christian Church this weekend. A very good message from Luke 18 on the Goodness of God.
- Generations CC was a very gracious host to all of the mission partners this weekend - Thank you for your hospitality.
- Saturday night was just one of those God things that you cannot explain, but it was a great opportunity for me and JUFL.
- Here is a question to ponder, what if the American church began thinking about reaching people today like the missionary who goes to the "foreign field"? In the foreign field the missionary studies the language, the culture and the people and then plans how to reach the people group. Just wonder what would happen if our churches did the same thing in America today. Would this change how we do church?
- Really looking forward to the Super Bowl.
- A few more changes at JUFL this week, new software is coming on line Tuesday, I hope the training pays off!
- I have to admit I was skeptical about football in Gainesville for the 2014 season, but it looks like some major recruiting is going on behind the scenes.
- Nothing makes me smile like hearing Savannah call me Pa Pa.
- Just saying 57 degrees is to cold to play a round of golf - I know!
- Something to Chew on; “You get to decide where your time goes. You can either spend it moving forward, or you can spend it putting out fires. You decide. And if you don't decide, others will decide for you.” ~ Tony Morgan
