A Few Thoughts from an Amazing Day...
- Worshiped with the Church family at River Run Brevard today.
- This church has to be one of the great turnaround churches in the state of Florida, just a few years ago they were going down for the count, but now they are thriving; Reaching out in the community, having parking problems and touching lives!
- Dan and his team are to be commended for their turnaround - Leadership makes the difference!
- Today's message focused on two people who were untouchable, one was untouchable because of sin, the other untouchable because of self-righteousness. Who do you think Jesus focused on in the message?
- Too many people today consider themselves untouchable, because they continue to carry around the sins that have been forgiven by God.
- Can you worship with reckless abandonment? This does not mean your worship is out of control, rather your worship is wholly committed to the One who is truly worthy of worship.
- Overheard this week; too many people play at their work, work at their play and play at their worship.
- Attended Andrew Peterson's concert Friday night at Florida Christian College, When it comes to song writing Andrew's lyrics are some of the best!
- Will the American church wake up before it is too late?
- Had dinner with some dear friends Saturday, God has done an amazing job in restoring his health.
- Something to Chew on; If you are growing you are always going to be out of your comfort zone ~ John Maxwell.
