- Preached at the Christian Church of Deleon Springs today for their annual Faith Promise today. Great time with some very gracious people.
- Having people pray over you before you preach is both humbling as well as empowering.
- Met a missionary from Thailand today who began her work in 1970 - Amazing lady of faith and perseverance!
- When we give to missions, we have the opportunity make Heaven a little fuller and Hell more empty.
- Key thought from the message - Counting the Cost, what is the true cost of not giving to missions?
- Every week we have an opportunity to not just talk about missions but to invest in missions.
- I am curious, what are you investing in today?
- Monday and Tuesday were incredible days as JUFL hosted the Next Gen Preacher Search - hearing the 19 young preachers proclaiming the message was absolutely thrilling.
- For people who wonder if preaching is going away the answer is NO! I truly believe we are seeing a resurgence in preaching!
- So thankful for several folks at JUFL who made next gen happen - servants through and through!
- So glad JUFL celebrates preaching.
- Jeff Walling hit it out of the park in chapel Tuesday, here is the link
- Spent 2 days in Savannah Georgia this week as well, here how church leaders can take their church to the next level. Very inspiring!
- Do you have a vision for the church you serve?
- Attended a funeral of a dear preacher Saturday, it was truly humbling to hear about the impact of his ministry through the years. The amazing part of the funeral was his wife gave the eulogy.
- I can honestly say the last seven days have been the most exhilarating week I have experienced in a very long time.
- Over 700 teens visited JUFL this weekend for impact. I am sure there were some future SUNS in the crowd!
- Something to Chew on; No preacher, regardless where he serves is free to reinvent preaching. ~ Steven J. Lawson, The Kind of Preaching God Blesses
