Sunday Night Reflections

A Few Thoughts from an Amazing Day...

  • Worshiped at FCC Kissimmee today. So glad to a part of a church that is taking risks and stepping out in faith!
  • Jim's messages from Jeremiah have been excellent, I would have never thought about preaching through Jeremiah during missions emphasis month! Well Done Jim!
  • BTW, the baptismal waters stirred again! Yes!
  • We visited Moffitt in Tampa this past week, so thankful for their advice.
  • Teaching at Lake Aurora Camp this coming weekend at the men's retreat.
  • Political commercials scare me.
  • Why do my favorite movies never win an Oscar?
  • March Madness is almost here - who will have the "One Shining Moment"?
  • I received an e-newsletter this week with tips on how to make Easter a great evangelistic event. I really miss preaching during the Easter season.
  • This week a friend had an automobile accident, another made a major career decision, another two friends became grandparents and cancer continues to raise it's ugly head, just an average week - I do not think so. So glad our heavenly father gave us the gift of prayer.
  • Really looking forward to this day
  • Nothing like doing your taxes to see where your money went in a year. Can we really have 47 pharmacy receipts in one year?
  • Favorite IRS slogan; the IRS we have what it takes to take what you got!
  • Sometimes you just have to have some good comfort food! Thank you Cracker Barrel.
  • Something to Chew on; It is not enough that we do our best; sometimes we must do what is required. ~  Winston Churchill
