Sunday Night Reflections

A Few Thoughts from an Amazing Day...

  • Worshiped at Kissimmee Christian Church this morning.
  • One of the best Christmas messages I have heard in a long time.
  • Jim's series, "Jesus the Gift that keeps on Taking" has been a great series of messages and looked at the Christmas season in a different way.
  • Key thought from the message; through Christ, we are adopted into God's family as sons. Let that thought sink in a little bit.
  • I do miss preaching during the Christmas season.
  • Attended a wonderful wedding today, congratulations Devon and Amber, your wedding was beautiful.
  • I am so thankful for the friends God brings in to my life.
  • I know I am old school, but I can watch, "It's a Wonderful Life" every Christmas. Jimmy Stewart is a national treasure.
  • Turned 59 today, hard to imagine that the next birthday is number 60, time goes by so fast, don't blink.
  • The College Football Bowl season is upon us, it really is the most wonderful time of the year.
  • Christmas is only 7 days away, now is the time Christmas shopping gets really fun!
  • My Birthday dinner was very nice Friday, good food and good company.
  • Something to Chew on; He who has not Christmas in his heart will never find it under the tree. ~ Roy L. Smith
