Sunday Night Reflections

A Few Thoughts from an Amazing Day...

  • Worshiped at Vero Christian Church this morning.
  • A very practical message on the subject of divorce.
  • Steve brought a scriptural approach to a subject that has a variety of opinions.
  • Standing on the truth of scripture always provides clarity and comfort for people dealing with such a sensitive subject.
  • After 3 visits to three different churches, it has been interesting how each church has dealt with COVID 19.
  • From this week's devotion; The receptiveness of your heart will always determine your response to God's word.
  • I just completed a great week of vacation; the week included a beach trip, dinner with friends, and a few jobs around the house that needed my attention.
  • How can June be half over, it seems like yesterday it was the middle of March.
  • Next Sunday is Father's Day. Dads, please do not listen to the wisdom of this world, YOU DO MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
  • Whatever happened to Common Sense?
  • One of my favorite memories as a child was camping with my family, I would like to go camping again. It would be good to "get away" from it all!
  • Something to Chew on; Small deeds done are better than great deeds planned. ~ Peter Marshall
