A Few Thoughts from an Amazing Day...
- I preached at SonRise Christian Church in Dunnellon this morning.
- Today's topic dealt with my favorite subject - Grace!
- Wonderful church family, very friendly. We enjoyed lunch with 11 of their members, It was great to share a meal with the people of SonRise.
- BTW, SonRise is the correct spelling.
- Probably one of my favorite parts about traveling for JUFL is sharing a meal with the friends of JUFL.
- I connected with several friends at the abbreviated SPIRE conference in Orlando last Tueday. It was good to reconnect with ministry colleagues.
- I am blessed to have many fellow laborers in my life.
- Take away from SPIRE, Ministry today is more demanding than ever before, thus it is important for ministers to be prepared to meet the new normal, that is not normal by any means!
- Praying for my friends in SWFL. The devastation is heartbreaking.
- Coming home from Dunnellon today we ran into a traffic problem I have never experienced before, lanes closed on the turnpike because of flooding.
- Who decided the gator game should be broadcast on SEC+ this week, this was definitely a minus to me!
- I bought gas for $2.97 this morning! I was happy with the price until I remembered 2 years ago it was under $2.00!
- Something to Chew on; When I am focusing on what is important to God, I live differently. I invest my time differently. ~ Craig Groeschel. Wierd: Becasue Normal is not working!
