A Few Thoughts from an Amazing Day...
- We have another two-fer Sunday, this morning I preached at Citrus Ridge Church, and tonight I attended FCC Kissimmee to hear the Liberty Voices Christmas concert.
- Today's message focused on Mary and her willingness to submit to God's plan.
- Key Point this morning; At Christmas, God did not give us what we wanted, God gave us what we needed - Salvation.
- The Liberty Voices reminds us music is the language of the heart.
- I have noticed during this time of year people are more generous and more gracious except when you are looking for a parking space and then it is time for the Road Warrior!
- I celebrate a milestone birthday today, yep, 65. Let the senior citizen discounts begin!
- When you are serenaded by friends, kids, and grandkids for your birthday, you know it is a good day.
- The SEC college football schedule was posted this week, there are going to be some great games coming next Fall.
- Our Christmas Tree is up and only 1 bulb was burnt out, A Christmas Miracle!
- I have been to several Christmas programs in the last few weeks, and all that is left is to watch "It's a Wonderful Life" and attend our Christmas Eve Candlelight service and Christmas will be complete!
- Something to Chew on; Christmas is not a story of hope; it is hope. ~ Craig Lounsbrough
