A Few Thoughts from an Amazing Day...
- We Worshiped at Kissimmee Christian Church this morning.
- Jim wrapped up his series on humility with a message focusing on the importance of repentance.
- Key point of the message; Without God, moral standards are subjective; with God there are moral absolutes.
- Over the last few years I have attended the commencement services at JUFL. Watching our students leave the Univeristy is bitter sweet. Yes, we have trained them to fulfill their calling as a Kingdom worker, but it is sad to watch them go. Now with the closing of JUFL, I am saddened to watch my friends and colleagues scatter. I will miss them all.
- Watching the Olymipic trials is exciting. Watching the winners of the each race be overcome with emotion is heartwarming.
- Yes, there is the thrill of victory, but there is also the agony of defeat.
- College Football is just around the corner. Can I get an Amen!
- Hey Hallmark groupees, Christmas in July begins next week, please plan accordingly,
- Something to Chew on; There is nothing on this earth more to be prized than true friendship. ~ Thomas Aquinas
