- Three-peat weekend of worship; worshiped at First Baptist Orlando Saturday evening, Kissimmee Christian Sunday morning and represented the university at Christ's Church of Marion County Sunday evening.
- Baptismal waters stirred in two of the services as we watch six people enter the watery grave and come up brand new! This never gets old!
- Each baptism was different, but the results were the same; Celebrations in the church and in Heaven!
- After coming home tonight on I-75, I wonder if anyone lives up north any longer Traffic, Traffic, Traffic!
- No surprise here, I have a broken Bracket!

Sunday Night Reflections
A Few Thoughts from an Amazing Day...
- Worshiped at Canoe Creek Christian Church this morning. Fantastic message on the subject of Unity in Christ.
- This message should be preached in the pulpits across America.
- Unity is not just a suggestion for the church, it is the prayer of Christ that His church should be united!
- There is too much at stake for the church to be divided.
- Great hearing about several victories this week, ordinations, baptisms, and anniversaries, it has been a good week!
- Tennessee/Iowa, UCF/Duke, there is a reason they call it Madness!
- Celebrated my son's birthday tonight, it is ALWAYS good when the family gets together!
- Family reunion this past Saturday in Jacksonville. I always love to hear old, old stories of generations past!
- Two questions I was asked at my reunion, why is your hair so gray? When are you going to retire? Do I really look that old!
- Why do cell phones only last 3 years?
- This past week I celebrated 8 years at JUFL, I must admit it has and continues to be an incredible journey. Thankful to Bill, who gave me the opportunity to work at JUFL.
- The favorite catchphrase I am hearing lately; "Stay in your lane, bro", spoken by an average tattoo artist.
- Something to Chew on; People lose their way when they lose theirs why. ~ Michael Hyatt

A Few Thoughts from an Amazing Day...
- Worshiped at Kissimmee Christian Church this morning. Jim continued his series from Ephesians 6.
- Key thought from today's message, The world offers "Common Grace", but God offers "Saving Grace"
- Why do people settle for common grace when saving grace is available?
- Also was able to hear a message from the book of James this morning on the topic of wisdom.
- There is a huge difference between knowledge and wisdom; Knowledge speaks, but wisdom listens!
- Oh to listen more!
- Our New Creation tour began tonight at Canoe Creek Christian Church, St. Cloud. So thankful for the students and staff who give up a large portion of their Spring Break to represent JUFL.
- They still have stops in Jacksonville, South Daytona, and Melbourne, if you are in one of those cities check 'em out!
- Got your bracket filled out? Remember every team in the tournament will end their season with a loss - except the champion
- You only have to win 6 games and you are the champs!
- Wonder who will hear "One Shining Moment" this year?
- Spring Break is here, to all my teacher friends, enjoy the break, you deserve it!
- Something to Chew on; On matters of style, swim with the current, on matters of principle, stand like a rock. ~ Thomas Jefferson

A Few Thoughts from an Amazing Day...
- Worshiped at Kissimmee Christian this morning.
- Connected with some good friends from Jacksonville, so good to see Steve and Marlene, God has done some amazing work through this fine couple. I really treasure their friendship.
- We need more "turn around" churches.
- I was also able to hear this amazing message today. What a powerful message about our identity in Christ!
- A minister friend announced his retirement from located ministry today, forty-eight years of faithful service! Thank You, Joe.
- Music from the '70s and '80s always puts me in a good mood.
- In just one week, it will be time to fill out our brackets!
- Something to Chew on; As the knowledge of God becomes more wonderful, greater service to our fellow man becomes for us imperative. ~ A.W. Tozer

A Few Thoughts from an Amazing Day...
- Worshiped at Kissimmee Christian Church this morning. So good to be back home after a few weeks of traveling for JUFL.
- The message focused on Ephesians 6, putting on the whole armor of God.
- Favorite quote from today's message; "Too many churches are hanging out in stained glass foxholes."
- Good to check in with a few friends this morning.
- Wonderful night at the Beach Boys concert last night, I hope I am able to be as active when I am 77! Fun, Fun, Fun!
- While the concert was good, the company was great, and the meal before the concert was wonderful as well.
- Oh No, Daylight Savings Time is this weekend. I hate Springing Forward!
- However, I do enjoy the longer hours of daylight!
- College basketball drives me nuts, the games you are supposed to win, you lay an egg and the games you should lose, you look like national champs. I guess that is why they call it March Madness!
- What, another cold blast of winter in Florida this week, where is that groundhog?
- Something to Chew on; A word of encouragement from a teacher to a child can change a life. A word of encouragement from a spouse can save a marriage. A word of encouragement from a leader can inspire a person to reach their potential. ~ John Maxwell

A Few Thoughts from an Amazing Day...
- Preached at Anchor Christian Church in Bonita Springs this morning.
- Focused on how God takes the smallest items and makes a huge impact.
- Wonderful church family in South Florida. Very gracious and friendly!
- Anchor Christian Church is doing some innovative things because of its unique surroundings.
- Last week I drove 952 miles, this week 374 miles, I think it is time to give the car a rest!
- Why do the last 30 miles of a road trip take so long to complete?
- Watching a sunset on the Gulf Coast is pretty cool, only wish the pics would have turned out better.
- Beach Boys concert next weekend, hoping for Fun, Fun, Fun 'til the T-Bird is taken away!
- If you know a school teacher lift them up in prayer, their job is tough!
- February is almost over?
- My online class is coming to a close, I have been challenged in the area of fundraising, what a great class.
- Church leaders, if you have not read "Not Your Parents Offering Plate" you do not understand how people approach giving today. There has been a shift in how people think about stewardship today.
- Girl Scout Cookies are almost gone!
- Something to Chew on; Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power. ~ Abraham Lincoln

- Worshiped at Grace Christian Church in Pensacola this morning.
- I drove 952 miles this weekend representing JUFL. I am whipped!
- Great dinner with Andy and Camille Pauwels last night from Gulf Coast Christian Church. Andy is doing a wonderful job reaching Pensacola for Christ.
- One game you can play while driving across I-10 in the Florida panhandle is to count the number of roadkill you see. Just so you know I saw 6 roadkills!
- Always amazed at the people I meet when I travel for the University, today I met some old friends from my ministry at Plm Bay in the hotel this morning.
- At the church, I met a former minister of First CC of Orlando, you never know who you are going to meet, it is a good thing I was on my best behavior!
- This week pitchers and catchers are reporting to Spring Training. It will not be long before we hear the words; "PLAY BALL"
- But first, let's fill out our March Madness brackets!
- I am down to my last box of thin mints - time to start rationing them out! Only two cookies a day!
- When she gets you a valentines day card with a football illustration/joke you know she gets you!
