Sunday Night Reflections

A Few Thoughts from an amazing Day...

  • Worshiped at First Baptist Church of Orlando this morning.
  • Great Christmas message from Genesis 2.
  • One thought from today's message; in all of creation, God spoke items into existence, but when it came to man, He formed him, breathed life into him and placed him in a Garden. We are created to have a unique relationship with our creator.
  • So appreciated the worship this morning.
  • 41's funeral reminded me there was a time when manners and decorum mattered in public debate.
  • JUFL presented Night of Noel this weekend, wonderful way to kick off the Christmas Season.
  • Always humbled by people's generosity.
  • Dinner with wonderful friends Friday, always good to reconnect!
  • This week is Finals week; where did the Fall semester go?
  • Watching my northern friends dig out of the weekend snow reminds me how fortunate we are that Florida Winters are so pleasant.
  • Only 15 shopping days left.
  • Only 21 days until White Chocolate Oreos disappear for another year.
  • Something to Chew on; Christmas is the time when the Son of God became a man, so that men may become sons of God. ~ C.S. Lewis
