Sunday Night Reflections

A Few Thoughts from an Amazing Day...

  • Worshiped at Kissimmee Christian Church this morning.
  • The message focused on the power of the Holy Spirit in the believer's life.
  • Key thought from the morning message; I want to value my relationships with God as much as He values my relationship with Him.
  • I continue to be humbled by the generosity of God's people.
  • Once again we are reminded this world is not evolving into something better, we are devolving and our world needs Jesus.
  • I also heard a message live by David Uth on the subject of not only being hearers of the word but doers of the word as well!
  • Let us remember one of the unique features of scripture;  The Bible is designed to comfort the afflicted and afflict the comfortable.
  • The traffic in my town tests one's patience.
  • Fall is visiting Florida this week.
  • This month is designated Clergy Appreciation Month, being a minister is tough work, PLEASE pray for your minister!
  • I wish I could find a cure for migraine headaches.
  • Do people still participate in Trick or Treat by going house to house in their neighborhood?
  • Spent the evening at Epcot tonight at a Starship Concert, music from the 80's is hard to forget. Good Stuff!
  • Something to Chew on; We are products of our past, but we don't have to be prisoners of it. ~ Rick Warren
