Sunday Night Reflections

A Few Thoughts from an Amazing Day...

  • Great weekend of worship.
  • I heard a message on obedience as well as a message on suffering this weekend.
  • The importance of fathers in the spiritual development of the family cannot be denied. Dads, we make a difference.
  • It is sad to see how our culture wants to degrade fatherhood.
  • Doughnuts for Dads was a fun way to show appreciation for dads today.
  • Missing Dad today. If your dad has passed you understand.
  • Do dads receive ties for father's day any more?
  • Busy time at JUFL this week as we host the National Bible Bowl tournament.
  • There is no quieter place on earth than your home after the children leave.
  • People waited 10 hours for a ride in one of our amusement parks in Central Florida this week, really!
  • What would you wait in line 10 hours for?
  • Father's Day meal; Japanese Steakhouse, good stuff.
  • Something to Chew on; Every father should remember one day his child will follow his example, not his advice. ~ Charles Kettering
