A Few Thoughts from an Amazing Day...
- Worshiped at Kissimmee Christian Church this morning. Jim preached a message on Overcoming Overwhelming Worry.
- A very practical message in light of all that is happening in our culture.
- Key point #1, to today's message, we can take comfort knowing God is in control.
- Key point #2, the sin of worry can be overcome if we focus on seeking God's Kingdom!
- I know the worship songs are not for my benefit, but today's set was very inspiring. Thank you, Tony and Team!
- Our Life Group is getting together this Friday evening for the first time in ages. I am looking forward to being together again.
- Saturday was our family Christmas party in Jacksonville. It is always a wonderful time when our family gets together.
- Christmas Party Facts #1 Attendance included Mom, Bothers, Aunts and Uncles, Cousins, Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews, and a possible future Neice.
- Christmas Party Facts #2 Food, Food, and more Food including Brisket and Chicken!
- I am blessed to be a part of a large family! I guess you could say we followed the command God gave to Noah, to go forth and multiply.
- I received an early birthday present this week, 4 boxes of White Fudge Oreos! What a Pleasant Surprise!
- Even though I know what is going to happen in the movie "It is a Wonderful Life" I always smile at the end.
- Everyone needs a Clarence and a George Bailey in their life!
- And just like that, the College Football season is over! All we have left are the bowl games.
- Now it is time to turn our attention to College Hoops and March Madness which is 3 1/2 months away.
